 In September, the diene yield of the ethylene plant of Qilu Petrochemical Company's olefin plant reached 45.03%. This is the first time this technical index exceeded the 45% assessment value of the group company in August, setting a new historical record.

Compared with the previous month, the raw material structure and quality have changed significantly: the content of naphtha alkanes has decreased, the input of light hydrocarbons and rich alkane gas has decreased, and the input of tail oil has increased, which obviously restricts the increase in ethylene yield. In order to increase the production of propylene, they adopted a series of measures under the premise of stable operation: adjusting the production ratio of polymerization grade and chemical grade propylene, appropriately using more chemical grades, and effectively increasing the propylene yield; while ensuring product quality, lowering the chemical grade Propylene purity, reduce excess purity, and produce about 15 tons of propylene per month; increase the return of polypropylene tail gas, optimize the C3 hydrogenation operation, 16-DPA increase the propylene increase, and make the propylene yield in September increased compared with the previous month 0.02 percentage points.
